Alderwood Little League requires supporting documentation in addition to the online registration form. New players will re required to provide a copy of their birth certficate and proof of residency. These can be emailed to:

Documentation will be collected during our Registration Turn-in Days which will be happening throughout the registration period.

NOTICE FOR LEAGUE AGE 9 AND OLDER WHO WANT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ALL STARS. Unless you were a previous All Star, in June of 2019 you will be required to submit additional address documentation during the All Star process. Annually, Little League requires THREE documents, dated between February 1st, 2018, and February 1st, 2019, to prove a player's address. The most common documents include:

  • Driver's License
  • Vehicle Registration
  • Utility Bill
  • Voter Registration
  • Home owner or tenant record

For more information on what is required, please go to the Little League website. This paperwork will be required in order to certify your player for an All Star Team - we ARE NOT collecting this documentation now.

If your player was an All-Star in 2018 and have the same home address, no residency documentation is required.


Parents who wish to be "On-Field Volunteers" must also be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Driver's License
  • Social Security Number
  • Certification information, such as CPR, etc (This is not a requirement).
  • Digital photograph (Head Shot) for ID badge
