Moved since last season?

Returning players who have moved during the season or during the off-season should contact the Player Agent immediately to update their address.

Returning players ONLY who have moved outside our league boundaries may apply to continue play within our league. A Player Agent has more information on this Little League policy.

Complete Registration in Three Simple Steps

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

REVIEW THE DIRECTIONS AND THEN CHOOSE THE CORRECT REGISTRATION CATEGORY TO GET STARTED.

Specific information on our Baseball and Softball programs can be found under the Baseball Information and Softball Information sections.

STEP 1: Complete Registration ON-LINE

-- REGISTRATION WILL OPEN NOVEMBER 18. Registration will remain open for all levels through February 9, 2019. Beginning February 10th, registrations will be permitted based on availability in each level.
-- Late Fee of $25.00 will be assessed for all players registering after March 1, 2019.

STEP 2: Gather PROOF of AGE & PROOF of ADDRESS documentation

-- NEW PLAYERS will be required to provide PROOF OF AGE and PROOF OF ADDRESS
-- RETURNING PLAYERS will ONLY be required to provide current PROOF OF ADDRESS if your address has changed
-- All players must reside or attend school within the portion of Edmonds School District which is EAST of Highway 99, click here to find your local little league.

STEP 3: NEW PLAYER ONLY - Submit PROOF OF AGE AND PROOF OF ADDRESS documentation

If you are a new player or have moved, to submit the required information you have three options:

  • ATTEND A REGISTRATION INFORMATION SESSION AT ALDERWOOD:

    DAY AND TIME TBD - WILL BE IN EARLY JANUARY 2019

--Scholarship Applications are available for HERE those families where registration fees would impose financial hardship. Players may register in advance On-Line and select the pay by Check option. Please complete the scholarship form and return in person or to vice-president@alderwoodll.com.
 
Player & Volunteer Registration Instructions
Before You Register

1.

Confirm your player resides or attends school within our league boundaries. Click here for the Washington state league finder.

Players must reside or attend school in the portion of Edmonds School District which is EAST of Highway 99. Returning players who have moved outside the boundaries but would like to remain in our league may contact the Player Agent.

Note: League Finder may not be accurate for players living on the eastern border of the Edmonds School District, these players should use the ESD Neighborhood Finder to determine if you are in the school district.

Determine your player's league age, for softball go HERE and for baseball go HERE. Your Child's League age may not be his current chronological age. This is the age you will use to register your player.

3.

Gather your player's information.
  • Birth Date
  • Date of Last Tetanus shot
  • Emergency Contact (other than parent)
  • Doctor's name & phone number
  • Insurance Company
4. Gather your information to complete the Volunteer Application.

All parents interested in helping Manage, Coach,Practice Helper, or Umpire, must complete an On Field Volunteer Application to receive an ID badge.All parents interested in Team Parent, Field Maintenance, or Concessions should complete an Off Field Volunteer Application, ID Badge not issued for Off Field Volunteers. You will need:

  • Driver's License
  • Contact information for three references
  • Food Worker's Card, if you have one
  • Certification information, such as CPR, etc.

Returning Families: Log into your member account. DO NOT create a new account.

New Families: Create ONE Member Account per family. Once you have created an account, you may login with that account for every member of the family.

  • Click on "Member Login" located above the menu.
  • Create a user name and password.
  • Complete the information for the primary adult.

From your Member Account, you will be able to register all your players; complete Volunteer Applications; and track your payments.

Register your player.

  • In your Member Account, click on "Register Now."
  • Under PLAYER REGISTRATION, select the correct registration category for your player's league age.
7a.

Register another player in your family.

Before you finish the registration process, you may select "No, I am not finished, I would like to register someone else" Register the next player.
7b.

Register adults in your family as Volunteers.

ID Badge for On Field Volunteers is valid for all levels of play.

ON-FIELD VOLUNTEERS: Adults interested in becoming a Manager, Coach, Practice Helper, OR Umpire must complete a Volunteer Application. Only adults with an approved application will receive a Volunteer ID Badge, which is required to assist with player activities.

After completing your player(s) registration, select "No, I am not finished, I would like to register someone else" Complete the Volunteer Application for the adult member(s) of your family.

Note: Volunteers should register in maximum of ONE division per player in the league.

8. Complete your registration. Once you have registered all your players, and completed the Volunteer Application(s), select option to finish registration. You must select either pay by CHECK or CREDIT CARD before exiting to complete the regsitration. If you select Credit Card, you will be prompted to complete your credit card information.
9. Submit payment. If you have selected to pay by Credit Card, you will enter your credit card information on-line. If you select to pay by Check, you will receive instructions to submit payment in-person or by mail. If you require scholarship, select payment by check and attend a Registration Turn-in date to complete the Scholarship Application.
10. Log out of your Member Account. Log out of your member account by selecting "Log Out" option located on the top of the website menu bar.

11a. NEW PLAYERS: All new players must attend a Registration Turn In Day to submit Proof of Age & Proof of Address.

All New Players must bring a certified Birth Certificate and three documents for Proof of Address. Recommended items are Driver's License, Vehicle Registration, Voter Card, Utility Bill (limit ONE), and/or Financial Record. Click here for more information.

11b.

RETURNING PLAYERS: Provide documentation if address has changes
EXCEPTION: Previous All-star Players who have had their address certified by District 1.

Provide address documentation if it has changed since last season. Three documents for Proof of Address. Recommended items are Driver's License, Vehicle Registration, Voter Card, Utility Bill (limit ONE), and/or Financial Record. Click here for more information.
11c.

Volunteers: All volunteers must:

(1) Complete the on-line Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training and submit documentation

(2) Review the Concussion and Cardiac Awareness information, sign an acknowledgement form, and submit.

(3) Provide a copy of your Driver's License.

(3) Provide annually your Social Security number.

(4) On-Field Volutneers must also have a photo for ID badge.

(1) NEW! IN ACCORDANCE WITH WASHINGTON LAW, ALL ON FIELD VOLUNTEERS MUST COMPLETE AN ON-LINE TRAINING ON SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST AND SUBMIT THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION TO THE LEAGUE. For information on the training, please go the the Safety Tab.

(2) Review the Concussion Information and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness information and submit a signed acknowledgement form.

(3) All Volunteers: Submit a copy of your Driver's License by mail OR in-person at the next Registration Turn In Day.

(3) We require a SSN to complete your background check. This is not collected by the online registration. You may submit your SSN by either method: If you volunteered in 2018, please use the Returning Volunteer Form to capture your signature. If this is your first year of volunteering, you would use the New Volunteer Form. Submit the appropriate form at a Turn In Day OR mail to Alderwood Little League, ATTN: President, P.O. Box 3326, Lynnwood, WA 98046. You may also email it to the League President.

(4) New Volunteers must submit a "head shot" photo for use on your Volunteer ID Badge via email to playball@alderwoodll.com OR attend the next Registration Turn In Day to have your photo taken.
